Stained Glass Music Studio with glorious natural light

Stained Glass Music Studio is my personal music studio and rehearsal space. There's a 7-foot piano and other instruments as well as recording equipment. The room is over 1000 sq. ft with an 11.5 ft tall ceiling. There are five columns of stained glass windows, which face west and slightly northwest. The natural light is breathtaking. The walls are painted an ever-so-faint pale blue white shade. This space is ideal for photo shoots and video shoots. I'm open to almost anyone doing photo shoots in the space. For video shoots with the option to record music, I will be more selective. There are stairs! There are two flights of stairs (8 steps each) that lead up to my room. There is an elevator on the other side of the church that goes to the 2nd floor, then there's no way around the aforementioned stairs. There is climate control, coffee/tea, a mini fridge, water, and a lounge/couch area.
