About the Space
This is a 1968 Mid-Century Modern gem designed by Simpson & Gerber architects. It won the AIA Homes For Better Living Award in 1970. I purchased the home from the original owners, and did a complete remodel inside and out, trying to modernize the home while keeping its mid-century roots. The space has great natural light and is perfectly staged for your photo shoot and filming projects. The home is close to the beach and Torrey Pines preserve. You can walk to several restaurants and a convenience store. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, tv room/den. The master and 2 kids' rooms are upstairs and the guest room is downstairs. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and there is usually street parking (one side only). Hours are flexible, please request your requirements.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
