This space has been used for video advertisements, interviews, photo shoots and Tik Toks. The backyard includes unobstructed views of the wetlands and foothills. Spaces available include the concrete patio with stadium seating, grass area, and all outdoor furniture. The interior spaces available include the dining room, living room, dine-in kitchen, and great room. We enjoy working with different creatives, reach out if you have any questions!

The space is thoroughly disinfected in between bookings. We also provide hand soap, disinfectant spray, and paper towels for our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
