We offer a variety of spaces for your events needs, indoor and outdoor spaces to fit diverse event sizes. Our spaces are adaptable to your needs and will cater to all size events. We have several courtyards, a wooden deck and grass areas, as well as indoors space such as a large main space, conference rooms and private offices. Our access to nature and nearby trails, make the Village Campus the top destination for meetings, retreats, weddings, community events, barbecues, birthdays and anniversaries. Our event staff has over 20 years of experience in the event industry and will support you in all parts of event creation.

Our guidelines are aligned with the governmental guidelines at the times of each event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
