A fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar and adult beverages. Beautiful outdoors patio will accommodate a small gathering of 12 or less guests. Tables for eating. Firepit, Grill, and a large fenced in backyard if you have pets that need room to play. The space is located in the rear of the property for complete privacy.

I hire a cleaning professional & inspect the unit prior to every guest arrival. 80% of the surfaces in this unit are glass or acrylic material so you can easily identify if there are fingerprints on the surfaces. All linen will be properly cleaned after every guest booking. This space will be immaculately clean!
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
