The Annex features lovely warm wooden floors, two walls of full length mirrors, soaring high ceilings, a wireless Bluetooth enabled sound system, a kitchenette, soaring high ceilings, a wall of windows facing a private communal courtyard (shared with the other studios onsite), and keyless digital entry. Welcome to our beautiful Community Space which boasts soaring high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and a sink, an open mezzanine, floor to floor-to-ceiling windows with views out onto a private communal courtyard. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
