Solid Brick building offering privacy, excellent sound enclosed to not disturb neighbors or to just have a peaceful quiet space. Open and spacious including mirrors and reception area. Back room for breaks, changing, 1 ADA compliant bathroom. We regularly host dance socials and also have Chauvet Party Lights Folding Tables Folding Chairs VIP Red or Blue Carpet Stanchions (Blue Or Red Ribbons) Available upon request.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
