In the heart of Old Town Orange is our beautiful 1908 Bungalow. It is a 1100 sq. ft house, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is great natural light in all the rooms in the house. The front yard has a white picket fence with grass that can be used for small outdoor events. The Side yard is a beautiful unique space that can be used for dinner parties, baby showers, or photos shoots. The house can be used for photos shoots or commercials. Our home is unique as it has a lot of old character, with 9 ft ceilings, original floors, fixtures and windows. We are walking distance to the Orange Plaza, Hart Park and Chapman University. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
