About the Space
We have 40 acres of land, cute ranch style house with pool, seasonal creek, bridge, horse corrals, lots of animals including: horses, cows, chickens, peacock, alpacas, sheep, and a goat. Great for outdoor uses such as photo shoots and outdoor film scenes. Front room and kitchen also available. From the top of the hill there is a wonderful view of rolling hills and the town of Temescal Valley.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
