Welcome to our studio! The vibe! You will love to host your next event/workshop/meeting anything really, in this historic building with exposed brick, roll up door that provides lots of natural light and air flow. Did I mention the train tracks nestled behind? If you are lucky, you and your guests will get to see a train chug on by that gives a whole rustic vibe to the space. The Space: 1100sf art studio with seating up to 24 provided. - 2 large table with wheels for easy arrangement and comfortable seating (6 per table) - 3 circular tables with comfortable seating (4 per table) - Room to add additional tables and chairs (not provided) Amenities: - On-site bathrooms in common space, 2 clean and tidy bathrooms available with provided bathroom key for you and guests - Many electrical outlets around the space Wifi: Provided Speaker: Provided with bluetooth connection

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
