- Comfortable Furnishings:** The studio is equipped with a big vintage sofa (by optional request) , several stools, and benches, offering comfortable seating options and props for your shoots.
- Private Facilities:** An outfit change room and washroom are conveniently located within the studio, providing privacy and convenience for your crew and talent.
- Clean and Sanitized:** We meticulously clean the studio between bookings, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping the floors. Hand sanitizer is always available on the table, and guests are welcome to use the washroom to wash their hands.

Between bookings, we thoroughly clean the studio by vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping the floors to ensure a fresh and welcoming space for every guest. You are welcome to use the washroom to wash your hands, and we always provide hand sanitizer for your convenience, readily available on the table. Your comfort and safety are important to us, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any additional concerns or requests.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
