The beach set faces East and gets direct light until about 1pm. Hair & makeup room available for small shoots. The property is on a acre lot with plenty of parking for motor homes and trailers for big shoots.

The space is mostly outdoors. The H&M and wardrobe room will be cleaned before any shoots. The bathroom will be cleaned and have hand sanitizers etc.
