About the Space
We have an acre and a 1/4 on a private cul de sac in the burbs about 35 minutes from NYC. We have a huge backyard and our house has been completely renovated. We have a large pool with waterfalls and slides, batting cage, tree house, zip line, trampoline, gaga pit, BBQ house with dining tables, couches, TV's and a fireplace, plus an outdoor kitchen with a smoker and pizza oven. The middle of the property has a brook with a waterfall that runs the entire length of the property. The inside is very modern with high ceilings in the kitchen and lots of bright light from the sky lights.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
