Mid City 1920s Storybook House

A sun soaked, west facing 6000 square foot property (house is 1600 sq ft) in Mid City. An updated kitchen, added bathroom (2 total), and most of the living room/dining area features are original. All ceilings (besides the kitchen) are original and uniquely shaped (the dining room and living room have very high curved ceilings). Very large backyard space that we created to feel like Palm Springs and Italy had a baby, with and long driveway to backyard. A stock tank pool and deck surrounded by cloud ferns is also in the backyard. Lots of furniture for chilling, and an outdoor dining table. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all at the front of the house and get the west facing sun in the afternoon - the windows are original and most are arched. A hallway leads to the bathrooms, guest rooms, and main bedroom. Doors to a deck that lead into the backyard in the two back rooms. Much of the furniture in the house is custom or vintage.
