Multi-concept content space located in Condell Park, Western Sydney. This studio is not just a space; it is a sanctuary where creativity blossoms and ideas come to life. Entire space bookings available via Peer Space. If you’re interested in booking the spaces (upper or lower) separately- please contact us for a private rate and further information. Lower Space: Bask in an abundance of daylight, and flow freely in an airy space wrapped in high curtains and sun. Our lower space of Socialeyes Studios is the perfect blank canvas to create in. Whether your callings are the textured boucle sofas, or the state-of-the-art 5x5 metre cyclorama, this is a moment for creativity and where your imagination can run wild. Upper Space: Your next oasis. Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean, our upper level takes your content on a vacation- it offers an experience like no other. With curved archways, plaster walls and a limewash feature, the architecture of this space is rich in stories and craftsmanship. Through our unique finishing touches, our mission is to provide an exotic ambience for you to create in.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Treat our space with respect and care. You must vacate the Studio and/or return all Equipment (as applicable) by the end of the Hire Period in the same condition as it was provided. Failure to return the studio back to its original layout will incur a $100 fee. If You leave the Studio, furniture or return Equipment in an excessively dirty condition (as determined by our team in our sole discretion), You must pay for the reasonable costs of cleaning or replacement. Without limitation, Studios left with foreign substances such as makeup spills, food, glitter or confetti or Equipment covered in mud may incur additional fees. You must take care not to damage or mark the Studio including but not limited to the walls, floors, or the cyc. If you fail to comply with this, the cost of reasonable repair will be charged to you including without limitation, the cost of resurfacing, painting, and sealing the surfaces or replacing them as required.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
