Our place is a tropical looking house with lots of flowers all around and beautiful sunsets when time is right ,we have a diving board ,10ft deep pool ,we have DJ lights above pool ,led lights around patio ,3 different fire pits on tables,and one with wood , umbrellas ,and patio set ,great for music videos or party scenes, inside the house we have a men's cave party room with good sound : Proffesional DJ , lasers ,fog machine and DJ lights ,a dancing pole could be provided if needed ,patio also nice for a romantic Scene ,we have great lights putside to make it look like a resort ,on front we have lots of flowers too ,and a red bench hanging on tree ,also ideal for romantic shoots , we have two normal size bedrooms and one living room also available for use ,main bedroom only available if a hotel room is provided by renter ,we have a beautiful kitchen also available for shooting ,

We make sure place is clean and ready for your shoot,there is a $200 .00 cleaning fee, after every event
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
