About the Space
Come for the green screen, stay for the amenities! This green screen is inside an 8000sf space which includes edit suites, green room, 2 bathrooms, photo studio, control room, kitchen, and more. The rental comes with the use of the green screen studio room, which is overall 25x40', use of bathrooms, basic (no cooking) kitchen use, and free Wifi. Use of other facilities is available. We also have lighting, sound, and camera gear available to add to your rental. Basic Stand package: 4x 40" c stand, 2x 20" c stand, 6x sandbag. 4x grip arms. $150/Day The green screen volume includes basic fixed lighting for the back wall and back floor. It can be turned on or off at request. Parking is free on the street, Wednesdays both sides are free, Tuesdays and Fridays there is street cleaning on the studio side between 10-11:30, and it's free outside those hours. Same applies to the opposite side but for Monday and Thursday. There is a driveway that can be used to load in/out

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
