This large home would be a great location for a "Christmas in New England" themed movie or short film. Large rooms provide ample area for film equipment. An outdoor patio area features 2 Gazebos with Fireplace and Firepit and table seating for 20. Close to Norwich, Mystic, New London, Groton, Pomfret and Danielson. Holiday Decorations available There is also a very friendly ghost, Mildred, who lives on the property if you are lucky enough to get her attention.
