The set up and blueprint of the layout you will like is strictly up to you. We have table chairs and ample amount of desks based on your need. There is Anna cessions restroom for men and women. Space also includes the highest speed of internet. The space can be used anytime that’s permitted. We have 24 hr access! Great space for book signings, Auditions, Boardroom meetings, Corporate Meetings, Group Work, Interviews, Focus Groups, Team Building, Lectures, Speaker Events, Training, Workshops, Etiquette Classes, Kids Classes, Adult Paint Parties, Adult Wine & Sip, Adult Martini Classes. Great location with free public parking on the street. Rental times should include your team's set-up and breakdown times.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
