Our outdoor space is the perfect venue for gathering, for the “California” quintessential backdrop, and our home is designed with coastal vibes and cozy corners. Depending on the rental, we will honor guests inside, however it will dependent on the usage of our space. The neighborhood is full of long time Angelinos and the block is quiet and peaceful.

We have a cleaning service come every 2 weeks or after any event or gathering to ensure total cleanliness and safety.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
