About THE LAKEHOUSE
This is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with salt water pool and lake view. The main floor and the outdoor space is what's available for hourly rental. Available for interior and exterior use for small to mid; dinner parties, small weddings, baby showers, family reunions, retreats *No pool parties * No loud events *No paid entry fee events. Events inside the house is 20pp max - Consist of use of entire 1st floor which has a full kitchen, living, room, sunroom, 1 changeroom and 2 bathrooms Outdoor Events 30pp max - Consist of use of covered deck or any outdoor space facing the pool and lake, as well as access to one full kitchen, one change room and one designated bathroom. **Overnight stays are also available for 10 guests maximum at additional added cost.

In door House access requires a cleaning fee. No cleaning fee for outdoors but guests must remove any items or props such as balloons, boxes etc.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
