We do not offer tours or visits before booking.
No smoking in or around the building
Furniture must be moved by multiple people. (Please do not drag)
All moved furniture must be returned to its original location at the end of the rental.
Swing must be replaced when finished.
DO NOT MOVE PLANTS.
Decoration, flowers, glitter, confetti, etc are to be removed by the end of the rental.
DO NOT TOUCH CAMERAS $100 fee if they are moved.
Violation of any of the above rules and/or damages to property are subject to a fine of $50 minimum.

Our space is thoroughly cleaned & wiped down between guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
