Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are focused on you health. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. All high touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. We contract with Dazzling Clean and a licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. We manage our booking so that our bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
