About the Space
Event space with kids play area! Our space includes a kitchenette (microwave, convection oven, coffee maker, sink, dishwasher) tables, breakfast bar, desks, couches, chairs, outdoor space, and more! Use whatever catering, food, or beverage service you'd like. We recommend booking a tour for a seamless experience: https://calendly.com/levillage-brewershill/event-rental-tour Please book your time for the full time you will occupy the space, including set up and clean up. Staying the space past your rental time without pre-approval will result in a 1.5/hour charge. By day we are a co-working and childcare facility and during the weekend and evenings - we're all yours! We are perfect for parties and especially great for kid parties! Come take a tour if you want to see the place beforehand.

Health and Safety Measures
We have biweekly cleaners come in. We sanitize everything at the end of each day, and sweep and mop. Guests are responsible for their personal clean-up, the space should look the same as when they arrived when they leave.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
