About the Space
Our hourly rate is purposely set low to be affordable/welcoming, but the Perch Workshop is one of the most beautiful and well equipped spaces in the City. The Perch was Created in 2022 out of a bold move to prevent demolition of some great architecture and a sacred wildflower sanctuary, a necklace of like minded artists came together to create a new space for collaboration, art, community, music, and connection. Since launching the space, we’ve hosted evenings of music sharing, introductions of new works by local composers, fine artists, student workshops and classes, and holiday cheer. We are now preparing a whole year lineup of education, performances, audio/video recording sessions and gatherings.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
