About the Space
Modern home with a spacious kitchen, large center island and entertaining area leading out to a pretty backyard. Our space is perfect for hosting baby or bridal showers, birthday parties, meetings or videos and photo shoots. A full bathroom, powder room and guest room will be available for you. The living room has a large sofa and a 75 inch smart TV. Our yard is nicely landscaped with lots of greenery and succulents along with a pool, fire pit and dining table with umbrella. The bbq is also available for use.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
