Xenador includes a 22,000 gallon pool with a deep turquoise pebble finish bottom with a large sun shelf and six person spa. The pool is surrounded by thick lush landscaping, gorgeous Cavalier Zyosia grass that looks and feels like a plush rug. Near by is a full private outdoor bathroom and an elevated children’s play house. Location is ideal for birthday parties, family gatherings, date night, professional photo shoots, tea parties, wine nights, picnics and movie nights. Plus many more options, host is open to inquiries and willing to coordinate logistics for requests.

Rental area is cleaned after each booking including all chair and tables, deck areas leaf blown and or washed as necessary, trash emptied and pool chemistry monitoring and managed as necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
