Only a 5 min walk from St Peters station or 9 minutes from Newtown station, we’re right in the middle of everything the precinct has to offer. The space consists of a 50 square metre open floor plan with 3.7 metre high ceiling and polished concrete floor. A separate change room with workspace for hair and makeup plus a toilet. We’ve designed the space to be as flexible as possible allowing it to be used as a photographic studio, art gallery or event hosting. With abundant natural light, the space provides ample scope for small-scale photography sessions. The exposed bricks and polished concrete floor provide a refined industrial backdrop. We also have a 2-head Hensel flash system and coloured paper roll backdrops available for hire. Configured as an art space, it has capacity for up to 25 medium scale works with hanging available across all walls and the King St facing windows with lots of foot traffic to see your work.
