History of the space
The residence is managed by a local non-profit to bring arts programming to women for free. All bookings go directly to supporting their mission.
Booking Policies and Expectations
PLEASE NOTE: If you require additional time for set-up or clean-up, you must include that time in your booking request. Unapproved early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges.
Maximum Capacity
Our space comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests maximum. This limit is firm due to the size of the space and the capacity of our air conditioning system. Overcrowding violates our safety policy and may result in early termination of the event and/or additional fees.
Permitted Uses
This space is available for:
• Art-related events and workshops
• Wellness activities (yoga, meditation, healing circles)
• Community meetings or nonprofit gatherings
❌ We do NOT host parties, including:
• Baby showers
• Engagement parties
• Holiday or birthday events
Included Spaces
Your rental includes:
• Living room/gathering area
• Kitchen (no fridge or pantry access)
• Guest bathroom
• Backyard area
Note: While the kitchen is available for surface use (countertops, sink), refrigerator, pantry, and food storage areas are off-limits to guests unless explicitly discussed and approved prior to booking.
Furniture and Layout Options
• Workshop setup: Horseshoe with 6 tables + 15 chairs
• Lecture setup: 15 chairs + 1 presenter table
• Wellness classes: Open space cleared, up to 10 yoga mats available upon request
Parking
• 7 cars can fit in the driveway
• Additional parking available on the north side of the street and directly in front of the residence
Security and Monitoring
• Security cameras are installed on the premises to ensure safety and adherence to rental policies.

Violation Policy
We are proud to host meaningful community events in our space and expect renters to honor the guidelines provided.
The following actions are considered violations of our rental agreement:
• Hosting unapproved events or misrepresenting your event’s purpose
• Exceeding the 15-person capacity
• Unauthorized use of the refrigerator or other private areas
• Leaving the space excessively messy or failing to clean up
• Arriving early or departing late without prior approval
Violations may result in:
• Additional cleaning or penalty fees ($50–$150)
• Termination of current or future rental privileges
