Space Details o 1300 sq ft- soundproof o No smoking allowed o 2 entrance options (main entrance and double doors can be used as loading area) o Little to no natural light (double doors can be opened to let in some natural light) o Street Parking & Rear Parking Lot o You are expected to follow all rules written and verbal and be respectful to all staff/property and other business in the building/area.
