Stylish 1890's Victorian house centrally located a 1/2 block off Broad St. in the heart of downtown. Moody design with a warm cozy feel. House has a Chef's kitchen for hosting dinner parties. Dining room table seats 6 but we can bring in extra tables and chairs. Open concept for living room and dining room. 3 bedrooms-2 rooms with queen beds & 1 with a queen bed & a twin bed. 2 beautiful bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has shower to die for with a huge skylight! Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
