The space is a two bedroom home on the patio level of a duplex on a hill. There are some stairs to go down. The double doors open to a gorgeous patio with sunset views facing west. On a clear day you can make out the Hollywood sign and the Griffith observatory in the distance, with the San Gabriel mountains to the north. In the winter the sun disappears behind a hill and the mountains fill with snow to make many unique views with each season. In the summer the sun kisses the horizon, dancing playfully with colors and lively Los Angeles. The inside of the space is all done by the owner herself, everything remodeled and put together and painted by her from the crown moulding to her beautiful surreal oil paintings. Every innch of the place including the ceilings and some of the furniture is painted by the artist herself, making for a uniquely whimsical magical fairytale maximalist artsy space filled with color and joy. The creative space will be great backdrop to unique photos, with playful colorful spaces to reflect different lights and moods. “The Emerald Forest” The living room and kitchen. Painted in many shades of green with a blue kitchen, this room brings you into a peaceful, joyous space with absinthe and forest vibes. Almost like you’re in one of the artist’s paintings. There’s a double patio door that opens to the gorgeous patio. You can even enjoy the views from the living room couch. Victorian style meets magical whimsical candyland in this room. The artist also painted thrifted antique furniture, giving it a magical wondrous makeover. ‘’Tiny Tiger Circus’’ The artist’s love of the circus is what inspired this room. Centered around her two paintings, Freya and Feronia. This room gives you an old Timey gypsy circus feel. One striped wall , and sponged oranges from walls to ceilings. She collected little knickknacks that inspire circus and hand painted the nightstand bringing it back to life ~The tiny tiger with little tiger feet. “Velvet ocean” This room is inspired by the artist’s love of all things ocean. Growing up on the Mediterranean, and being a creature of water. There are two paintings in there, one of a mermaid and one of an Octopus Lady the Artist painted. It also has Arabian Nights vibes with the antique lanterns and ornate bedroom furniture to play with the artist’s Lebanese roots. This room is a great dark quiet room to sleep in with dark blue from wall to ceiling filling it with calm, velvety, comfort and serenity. ‘’The golden onyx” You’d never think that painting the wall could add such elegance, but this bathroom does it… Shiny black walls for the black shower, and a show of lens to a unique experience of showering and self-care time. Golden accents to decorate the space.
