There is also a bomb shelter or basement in the back of the house. The house is large nice with a backyard and conveniently located in Sherman Oaks/Valley Glen/Van Nuys area of the San Fernando Valley. The house is fully furnished. It only takes about 15 minutes to Hollywood.

Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
