The home has three accessible bedrooms and a home office. Guests can access one full and one half bath. Both the front and back yards have ample entertaining space and are "photo-worthy". The doors of the main entertaining room/former fire truck garage, open out to the front patio. This is great for entertaining as well as loading and unloading.

Professional cleaner fully cleans property between bookings. Guests are asked to use large trash can provided in the space and take all trash and recycling bags to the bins in the alley behind the house. Thanks!
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
