About the Space
This space is an amorphous studio, venue, and cozy home perfect for photo shoots, dinner parties, and performances of all sorts. The back room functions as a control room for music recording (an engineer is also available for hire). There’s one bathroom and a small kitchen, but the main space is the real star. Lined with records, trinkets, and a multitude of creative stations, you may find yourself dozing off to Kind of Blue or collaging by the window at the diner table. Come see for yourself!

The space is vacuumed sprayed and wiped down between every guests stay. The dusty nature of a 100 year old store requires constant care.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
