The beautiful home is perfect for all types of photography or video projects. The rental incudes the large living space, decorated office area, blank stage area, gorgeous sun room, kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. All rooms have an abundance of natural light, furniture in living room, sun room, and on stage area can be moved to accommodate. All photography and video projects are permitted - inclusive and open minded. Clothing rack, changing room, extra lights and various backdrops are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
