The space is a vibrant studio space uniquely designed with your creativity in mind. Oversized west facing industrial sized window, 660 square feet and modern concrete floors frame the space to promote artistic fluidity. To maximize and ease your use of the space we have provided luxurious high-end furniture, hand painted backdrops, a moving wall, and much more. The loft was intended to elevate your imaginativeness and artistic expression. Health and Safety Measures
Check out procedures are listed on the back of the door. Please complete the procedures before leaving the studio which includes: 1. Placing the furniture back in their previous arrangement (do not drag furniture without moving pads). 2. Sweep. 3. Disinfect surface areas and wipe down the mirror. 4. Take the trash out to the dumpster in the parking lot.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
