Casa Studios is a modern live performance venue in Surfside, designed for live bands, concerts, acoustic sessions, showcases, theater performances, and other live productions. The space features a professional stage, house sound system, stage lighting, flexible audience seating, and a lounge-style entrance ideal for guest check-in and reception. LIVE PERFORMANCE BOOKINGS Live band and concert bookings require an 8-hour minimum reservation, allowing enough time for load-in, setup, soundcheck, performance, and load-out. Our house setup is designed to make live productions simple and efficient. The stage and audio configuration are fixed and cannot be rearranged or modified. Your booking includes: • House PA and audio system • Fully mic’d house drum kit • House keyboard • Instrument microphones for the house setup • 2 vocal microphones • Standard stage lighting • Casa Studios sound engineer • Room operator Artists are welcome to bring their own guitars, basses, keyboards, and other personal instruments to integrate into the house setup. Additional vocal microphones, in-ear monitoring systems, specialized backline, additional audio equipment, recording, streaming, LED wall, and other production needs are available at an additional cost. Bands and artists are required to provide their stage plot, input list, and/or technical rider in advance, so our production team can review the requirements and confirm any additional equipment needed. On-site parking is available for approximately 30 vehicles. Please note: Casa Studios is designed for live performances and professionally produced events. We do not accommodate nightclub-style parties, raves, or high-volume DJ parties.
