There is free onsite parking, but please note this is unreserved. There is also free 2P street parking available.

There are floor-to-ceiling windows that have white window frosting and sheer white curtains - still letting an abundance of light into the space, but blocking out the outside view/greenery. 11am-3pm generally allow the most natural light into the space.

The building is made of concrete, so the space is pretty soundproof overall (however, please note there are neighbours upstairs being on the ground floor of a residential block). It's also further back from the main road, so can't hear the traffic/cars.

Ground Floor

We are located on the ground floor, and you can park right outside (if parking is available). There are two entrances to the space.

Dedicated hair & makeup area

There are many outlets throughout the space, and the circuit breaker is in the hair & makeup area.

• Please be respectful of the space, furniture, and all inclusions. • You are welcome to move all furniture within the space if it can be easily lifted, to avoid damage to the flooring. If assistance is required, please speak to one of our on-site team next door or inquire ahead. • Please ensure the place is left in the original condition it was found - e.g. items back to their original location, all rubbish placed in the rubbish bin. • No animals/pets are allowed in the studio space. • No alcohol is to be consumed in the space. Smoking is also not permitted. • As the building is both residential and commercial, please keep noise and loitering to a minimum. Please do not disrupt the neighbours upstairs. • Please keep all doors/fire exits clear of any furniture and gear at all times. • If any assistance is required for the use of paper rolls and/or lighting, please ask our on-site team next door for assistance. Please do not operate alone if you don’t know how to use it, as any damage fees will be charged. • All bookings have a 2-hour minimum. • Please do not sit on the white furniture if you are wearing freshly applied fake tan. • Bathroom and kitchen are shared between Suite 1 (studio) and 2 (office) but are within studio space - the staff next door may need to use during your booking.

Furniture can be moved if easily lifted to not scratch/damage the floor. Please ask for assistance from staff next door if you require additonal assistance.
