The living room and dining room are spacious with a large open archway between them. Front yard and a large backyard on the lower level. Additional garage/ studio space for wardrobe, video village or equipment storage. The neighboring house and driveway can be rented out for additional rooms or overflow of cast & crew, talent holding, hair & makeup, etc. There is a church parking lot a couple blocks away that can also be rented for crew parking or a basecamp if needed, usually for a very low rate.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
