The space is laid out for crews and small productions: 1,700 sqft of bookable square footage, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, dedicated parking, a working kitchen for craft services, and abundant natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. Outdoor pool deck and covered patio add daytime exterior coverage. Up to 24 cast and crew can comfortably move between zones.
