About the Space
This SF warehouse building has long been the site of film production work, all the way back to the classic 90s Hollywood film "So I Married an Axe Murderer." Our space has incredible light, lots of character, and has been used for photo shoots, TV film production, studio film production, documentaries and the occasional hosted event. The service elevator and carts make loading gear in and out much easier. This Mission District warehouse loft is located on the top floor, in the corner of the building with Bernal Hill as a backdrop. The unit includes a spare bedroom that can be used as a changing room, a private bathroom, kitchen and access to two additional public bathrooms in the hallway and a shared rooftop garden with BBQ.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
