Rooftop Deck: Access available for an additional $25 fee, providing breathtaking sunset views. Furniture: Minimal rearrangement allowed; please request permission for more extensive changes. Kitchen: Fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, and appliances. Washroom: Conveniently located outside of the unit on the same floor. Natural Light: Ample natural light fills the space, enhancing your projects. Meeting Space: A large table seating 8-10 people and plenty of couch space for a total of 20 seated guests. Pre-Booking Cleaning: * Before each reservation, the entire space is thoroughly cleaned, including all high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and furniture. * All common areas, including the kitchen and washroom, are sanitized using professional-grade cleaning products. * Floors are swept and steam mopped to ensure a fresh and tidy appearance. During Your Stay: * Hand sanitizers are provided for your use during your stay. * We encourage guests to maintain cleanliness by disposing of trash in designated bins and cleaning up after themselves. Post-Booking Cleaning: * After each booking, the space undergoes a deep cleaning process. This includes disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, and ensuring that all items are returned to their original positions. * Linens and towels, if provided, are laundered at high temperatures with sanitizing detergents. Air Quality: * The space is well-ventilated to ensure a constant flow of fresh air. * Air purifiers are available to enhance indoor air quality. Cleaning Staff: * Our cleaning staff is trained to follow recommended health and safety guidelines. * They wear personal protective equipment (PPE) during cleaning and sanitize their equipment regularly. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
