The building is 420 square feet and features huge windows throughout giving it the perfect lighting for video and film. The building is supposedly the first gas station in the State of Washington and the interior has been recently updated to give it the perfect vintage vibe. There is a bathroom and tons of parking available. It is uniquely situated in Historic Downtown Snohomish giving it a great deal of visibility and foot traffic.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
