our favorite little tiny house is located in tracy city, tn @ the waters edge tiny house community. cozied in the woods, we love to host our guest not just with a retreat but an experience. we have deigned our place to have what you need, so you can show up and rest. our tiny bungalow is perfectly designed for that romantic getaway, a writers retreat, an escape for friends, a photoshoot in the woods, or a cozy lifestyle shoot as you connect over the open fire pit, or a family adventure hiking the trails + paddling out on the lake.

Health and Safety Measures

Checkout instructions Gather used towels: - Please gather used towels + sheets and start the laundry wash cycle on cold before you leave. Throw trash away: - Please Remove/throw away all food & drinks. - Please gather all trash, bag it and take to the outside trash can behind the patio. Turn things off: - Please turn all lights off + make sure all windows are closed. Lock up: - Please wash & put away all kitchen items (leave spices & basic condiments). - Set the two wall thermometers to cool at 70. Additional requests: * Please sign our navy blue (tiny house) coffee table book on the coffee table

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
