Our 1200 sq. ft. of space features great flexibility in size and rental cost with amazing natural light! Available as one open area on the second level of the Southern Belle Building with access to a separate office space and restroom. We offer other features, such as tables, chairs, and linens (separate rental),and T.V. rental and photography opportunities. What is your passion? The space is cleaned after every rental session. This includes vacuuming, wiping down surfaces and sanitizing bathrooms.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
