Full surround sound. 6 people can fit on movie theater seats and the rest chairs can be placed around the room. There are also three large bean bags for casual lounging. There is a small poker room adjacent that can fit 6 people. There is a beautifully designed bathroom in the theater. You would enter through the garage. The house is located in the most prestigious neighborhood in the Pacific Palisades.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
