A short bike ride to restaurants and situated on a dead end street to the Elfin Forest, perfect for sunset walks on the boardwalk. A few minute drive to the amenities of Los Osos and Morro bay, 15 minutes to Cal Poly, and 20 minutes to Edna Valley wine country. This is a great space for lifestyle photo shoots. There is an indoor outdoor living area with great bay views from the yard, outdoor furniture including a hammock and a hot tub and fire pit in the back yard.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
