This light-filled loft features 12-foot ceilings, oversized industrial windows, and hardwood floors, offering roughly 2,000 square feet of open, versatile space ideal for private gatherings, photoshoots, meetings, and productions. IMPORTANT ENTRY POLICY For the safety and security of the building, all guests must use the buzzer system for entry. The downstairs door may not be propped open at any time. A hallway camera monitors this entrance, and failure to follow this policy will result in a $500 fee. We ask potential clients to please keep in mind that we are on the second floor without elevator access.
