Special event? Business meeting? Corporate reward party? Attending an event in St. Augustine and just need a home base for the day? We have a large, open concept home that has been used extensively to host family reunions, bridal showers, baby showers, & corporate retreats. There is both a living room on both 1st and 2nd floor. There is indoor seating for 22 people to eat. Very large backyard is peaceful and relaxing with hammock, fire pit, small charcoal grill, outdoor seating for 18, and a professional 12'x21' putting green. The kitchen is fully stocked for any dining needs. We are within a 5 minute walk to both the beach entrance and the river (Intercostal waterway) entrance. We also have partnered with private in-home chefs and photographers if needed.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
